Returns or Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's guidelines outlined here.

Changing Sizes 

For change of sizes, please note that you will have to pay for return shipping to the warehouse.

Received the wrong item/missing item

If you have received the wrong item or are missing part of your order, please contact the team at info@sparms.com.au or (07)5600 0555 and we will rectify the issue ASAP. 

How to Return or Exchange - Within Australia: 

    1. Please send us an email at info@sparms.com.au and notify us of your order number and intended return or exchange.
    2. You will need to send us the item(s), the invoice.
    3. We recommend sending your return or exchange using a registered service and holding onto your tracking number. SParms cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
    4. The postage cost for returning item(s) back to us is at the customer's expense.

How to Return and Exchange - International Orders:

    1. Please send us an email at info@sparms.com.au and notify us of your order number and intended return or exchange.
    2. You will need to send us the item(s), the invoice.
    3. We recommend sending your return or exchange using a registered service and holding onto your tracking number. SParms cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
    4. If you would like to exchange or return an item, the shipping cost is not covered by SParms.
    5. Please be reminded to indicate on the package that the items are intended for "exchange". Without such notice, the package is at risk of incurring additional customs duties and taxes.

Change of Mind

If you've simply changed your mind and would like to return the item, please ensure that:
  - The product has not been worn and is in its original packaging
  - You have your order number and proof of purchase ready
Send an email through to our team at info@sparms.com.au titled "Refund Request" and we will advise the following steps there. 

We can not guarantee refunds for all orders. Eligibility will be based on ACCC guidelines. Please note: If Free shipping was received for order, the amount for shipping may be deducted from the refund. 

Additional postage fees will incur if the parcel is "Return to Sender" for incorrect shipping address or uncollected parcels from the local post office.

COVID RESTRICTIONS

All masks are excluded from the exchange and refund policy as they can not be returned or refunded if the package has been opened in any way. Please ensure you have the correct size and should you require any assistance with sizing, please contact the team at info@sparms.com.au for more information.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Undergarments including leggings can not be returned for change of mind or change of size once they have been worn. An exchange or refund is still available for faulty products. 

Everyday Adults and Everyday Kids sleeves are also excluded from returns. As a size conforming product, they stretch to a users build at first wearing thus can not be returned to their original presale state. As a result, they are not able to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
